Canon IR 3245 DADF copies are shifted down on the page

Good Morning,

Sent a tech out on a Canon Imagerunner 3245 with an ADF issue.

It copies properly from the copyboard glass.

When making a copy from the ADF, the text is shifted down on the page approx an inch.
Seems like it is always shifted down the same distance.
Rollers look ok.
Cleaned whatever he could.

Is there any adjustment, or does the whole ADF feeder ass'y have to be replaced ?

someone performed Clear-R-con?First try to inputadjustment values from service label.

The ADF clutches are known to cause feeding problems. They get rusted. They can be cleaned. But usually that causes jamming problems, not the one you describe.
