I am fighting with my canon ir 1670f. I have everything up and running but the fax machine. I need some assistance on problem solving. The error report states (tx function was not completed) can someone please give me some advise on this. Thanks.
I would start off with plugging in a handset to see if you have a dial tone first, or I would try to call the fax line to see if the fax picks up.
If you could let me know what sort of ## error message you are getting.
