    Canon C1 pitch lines

I know pitch lines on the C1 (C1+) has been discussed on this forum more than a few times. Other than changing the flywheel, has anyone found any other solution? I tried the new style flywheel, and it made very little difference.

    Thanks in advance!

just what i thought. I've worked on many C1's, but the pitch lines seems unsolvable. One thing we have done that seems to work to a degree is add "noise" (through photoshop) in heavy saturated backgrounds. This seems to disperse the image enough to help a bit.

We tried new developers, complete ITB assemblies, secondary transfer assemblies, corona assemblies, and a myriad of gears....no luck.
