I am having issues with my Canon IPF 750. Problems started a few months ago. My prints was having blank lines across my prints (looked like the width of the printhead). Colors weren't correct when it did print. I was getting a 2f32 error. I called my local Canon rep and he recommended to replace the print head. I bought a new printhead, installed it. This did not fix the problem.
My Canon rep then came to the office and said that I needed a new purge unit. We bought that and he installed it. This did not fix my problem. He recommended then buying another new print head, because my old purge unit could have done something to damage the print head that I had just replaced.
I then installed the new print head. My problems continued. I am now getting a 2f30 error. I am at the point of buying a new machine. It is not worth me to keep paying a rep to come out here and not be able to fix the problem. So yesterday before we finalized the decision to buy a new one, we decided to just print everything we could through the machine to see what happens. To my surprise, some drawings/maps came out perfect while other sheets you could barely read. I have attached a pdf with pictures of the nozzle checks, bad prints, and good prints from yesterday.
I feel like this is a fixable problem, but I do not have the knowledge on what to do.
I have attached a couple of maps from yesterdays printing and 2 nozzle check test that I completed this morning. Any help is appreciated before I spend the money on a new printer.
I have been trying to clean my printheads from the machine, and I keep getting the 2f30 error.
