    [Misc] CANON IR2600 WRINKLE

I have a customer with a Canon IR2600, copy from 11R or 11 paper no problems, copy from 14 inch tray, the paper comes out ok, no jam codes but the last two inches of paper shows wrinkle, not accordion just sort of wavey (is that a word ?) On 11 x17 same problem, last two two inches wavey.
11 inch long way ok. Just 14 and 17 inch. machine does not jam, copy comes out and is printed on correctly. New fuser installed. Any ideas ?

    iR2600

    u mean a iRC2620 ??

    Wavy ?
Do u mean the copied image itself on trail edge is skewed ?
or is the actual Paper creased ??

Have u tested paper from all trays & bypass tray
--what is the paper type that has issue ___ plain, heavy(thick),color ??

if it is a wavy/skew/or blurry image issue---need to look at Secondary Transfer

Adjust the Secondary Transfer Adjustment Screw a 1/2 turn in either direction and then run a PG-5 to verify which direction the skew has moved.
Adjust in1/2 turn intervals until the skew is minimized between .5 to 1mm.

Before adjusting for any skew, perform a NIP Adjustment first to ensure the paper is not shifting after paper has entered the fusing unit.

Not a skew, alignment on top good and side to side good, sort of hard to decribe. last 2 inches not creased or folded just wavey like waves in the water, only last two inches either 14 or 17 same two inches, yet no jam, almost like paper has exited and the back two inches are running faster. weird problem but I do appreciate the help. still looking.... have tried all cassettes and even the bypass, moved cassetts around same problem....

post a copy of issue ?

so paper is wavy and not image

run some test on that paper in reduction and enlargement setting

When i've seen paper that has come out wavey before it's usally caused by excessively damp paper.
The more moisture in the paper then the more wavey it is, the fuser (as its hot) effectively steams the paper and creates waves in it. Try a brand new pack of paper, not something that has been sat around for weeks on end.
