IR Adv C5051 adding magenta toner in abundance to the waist bin QC is good though.

I have an Ir Adv C5051 that the copies are great and I would say perfectly balanced however it is dumping Magenta straight through the process and dumping magenta into the waist bin. to the point of the magenta toner only lasting lasting approx 7,000 sheets before it is empty. all the other colors are fine and not adding toner at this pace. Customer is not printing anything pink just normal assembly instruction sheets for the parts that they make(some Pictures and wording).
I have run the pg 10 and pg 12 and the odd thing is that the magenta is not over toned or feel heavy on the coverage. I'm heading to the site today looking for a blocked density sensor on the magenta developer unit but also knowing that if blocked QC would be an issue. I was wondering if anyone has seen anything like this?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

I know the C3480 is a diff machine but it will do something similar with generic toner. Waste toner fills up faster than it should. If its a 5ir5070 and you use generic black toner the pretransfer assembly will fill up fast with junk toner.
