Canon Advance C5030i - Booklet Finisher-C1 Stapling problem

When stapling - first sheet in a staple, is pulled out of position in the top tray, when the booklet beforey is ejected to the tray.

This does not happen all the time but too often, and sometimes eight of twenty stapled folders.
    Actions taken so far:
    Cleaning rollers
    Replaced
    FB6--5091 Torque Limiter
    4A3-1121 Roller Offset

After replacement of the Torque Limiter, it works well in a few weeks. But then it works just as bad as usual.

Someone should know about this problem as it works equally on several of these sorters, any help would be appreciated.

im not sure what you are describing..
    first always update firmware

2nd if this is an alignment problem when stapling (not during booklet stapling) do this after the firmware upgrade

    service mode > SORTER > ADJUST > SW-UP-RL (i set this at 25)

Now I have set the falling position on sorter. It is a little bit more than 2 mm. The test run worked well, hope it works well for the customer also now.

      Thanks

(It gets a little strange with Google translate, and to fast Copy'n'Paste sometimes
