I have a problem with the copier IP1100 , copier paper jams , jam code is 0124 .
Any ideas

code is for a delay jam at PS86, duplex delivery sensor 3.
Check the duplex entrance guide.

Check the white idler rollers ,FC8-6557-000 figure 331 item 16.
Check for any binding or worn flat spots.
Clean bushings as temporary solution. Permanent solution will be to replace rollers and bushings if wear is detected..

Thank you for your answer , the Duplexing FEEDER ASSEMBLY is new , I checked the rolls delivery buffer ass look ok , ideas I end

is issue from all paper trays ?
is issue while copying or printing or both ?

paper size on issue ? all or some sizes ?
