    IRC 5185 / E751-1124

    Hi everybody i need your help with the error code E751-1124 (IRC 5185), thanks for any help.

    Drum Unit / Faulty Connection of the Toner Receptacle .
    X: reading=1, writing=2 x indicates color [Y=1, M=2, C=3, K=4]
    Write error in the memory inside the toner cartridge.
    ***Check the toner cartridge connections or replace the cartridge.

    In your case_BLACK CARTRIDGE \ & BLACK DRUM.

    are u using Canon OEM PARTS

      are u using Canon OEM PARTS
      That was the problem an issue with chip of a REPLACEMENT CARTRIDGE: GPR 21, the client bought it and put the chip wrong.....that's a lesson he never forgets. OEM parts been always better.
