    Ir 3300 e502-4 ?

    Hi Guys,


    Does anyone have any info about this code. The customer called it in and said the machine is down. I can't find this error in any of my service manuals. I havn't seen it yet and probably won't until tomorrow. Just wanted to know if anyone had seen it so I won't be flying blind. I'm assuming it is some kind of finisher error.

      Nevermind everyone. I had time to run by today and the code was E000002. As she told me when I got there. " I specifically told her the error was 5 zeros then 2. "

          HAHAHAHA...I must get one of those "E50" calls a day
          Or..."My machine is completely dead with nothing on the screen" and on arrival find it sitting with a code on the screen :P
