IR2200 no paper feed

Paper does'nt feed from either cassette . It makes a grinding noise so I think the motor is working. Pickup and feed rollers never move. What are common problems with paper feed units on these machines? Also tray lift works.

Have you tried to reseat pick-up assembly connectors?

I did replace the pwb on the feed unit. Same result

Copper springs break item 13 Paper pickup mount assembly. Lift gear breaks. I hate feed problems in that model and happily I only have a couple left. Easiest way to fix it is to swap feed unit assembly out with one that works. Jam code may help. Does the bypass feed?

I'm not sure of the jam code. I don't see any broken gears,or detached springs , but no roller drive. Ever replace a motor on one of these?
