[Misc] Canon IPF 8400S Yellow colour Missing

One of our canon IPF 8400s machine, yellow color is missing while printing the nozzle check.

Replaced print head,yellow ink and purge unit (all OEM parts) and cleaned the contacts of flat cable.But still yellow is missing.

Can you please suggest any other possibilities
