Canon IRC 3220

Hello everybody...

Customer bought used Canon IRC 3220 working fine as copier and scanner but when we try print this is problem..... when send print order from computer (.doc or .PDF etc..) the order will transfer from computer to photocopier and stay there and photocopier start flashing and shown (waiting).

But if you print from direct print option in Remote UI we can print.

any ideas thank you for your help.

Does the machine have a fiery?

Have you tried the ufr driver?

Try cleaning the memory

Title : When sending files using either the PS or PCL driver, the machine would hang up with the data light flashing and state "waiting to print".
Problem : When sending files using either the PS or PCL driver, the machine would hang up with the data light flashing and state "waiting to print". The machine would print test pages but would not print the PS or PCL font list. In the properties of the driver it would show the job complete. When you pressed cancel, the machine would be locked up and a hard shut down would have to be performed. The UFR driver worked and copies from the glass would also work. This was experienced on 2 machines.
Solution : Replaced both memory DIMM,s on the main controller. Part numbers WA7-2383-000 (128M DIMM) and WA7-2326-000 (512M DIMM).
