IR5570 Error Code E000002-0010

Hey guys,

I am a wholesaler and received an IR5570 with error code E000002-0010. I do not have my intravia guide for this machine. I don't think it is a major error, could anyone tell me what it is. Thank you in advance for your help.

There is an abnormal rise in temp.
The power has been turned off band then on without resetting the error.

*2 & 8 * copier>function>clear>err

the copier has been turned off and back on with out resetting the error code... go into service mode copier>function>clear>error to reset the code.. an E002 is abnormal rise in temp.... a fuser problem....it might be a thermistor.. or shutter
