Canon ImageClass 8580CDW Says Add Paper When it Has It

Hi Guys,
I have a customer that has a Canon 8580 CDW that says add paper and it has it....are there any tricks to fixing this easy?HaHa.
Please let me know your thoughts,

How lucky do you feel??? It could be real real easy> the customer never wants to take out the paper and check it, it could be folded over stuck some kinda where. either the flag doesn't move up when the paper raises,(missing flag, needs straightened out) or the flags fine and the paper isn't raising up( back to the take the paper out and check it thing, or something stopping it from raising,spring tension lift arm problem) everything else after that is work, You didn't want to go there!!!! I forgot, turn the machine around and see if you can see in the backway with a flashlight you'd probably see the failure

Usually my calls are for printing and it says that because the print job paper size and what is in the cassette is different. If you are making a copy then normal stuff is wrong.

set papersise over ride to 'on' will solve it
