Canon IR1730IF Prints light error reports when faxing only

Hi Guys,
I have a Canon IR1730IF that prints light error reports after faxing....the prints, copies, and incoming and outgoing faxes are fine.
I tried to change the scan resolution to text only, but did not seem to matter...anyone seen this!?

U receive a printer error report after a successful TX of Fax_?

Thank you for responding teckat...it is not a printer error, it is a tx error that when it prints the report it is always light.
Everything is fine except it prints the tx error page light.only happens when faxing.(readable, but light)

Hello teckat... We are bringing the machine back to the shop today, I will send you a sample print...it does it when you print the fax error report too.

Fax resolution is defined as Standard, Fine, Superfine and Ultrafine.
(normal - 200x100, fine - 200x200, superfine - 200x400, or ultra fine - 400x400)

check in settings
