Need to check B tray sensor flag.
Did u check tray OP _?

The System Software sets all output to default to Tray A. The only way Tray B would be used is if Tray A filled to capacity.
This setup will also mix print and copy jobs together as print jobs have priority. The way to fix both issues is to set the copy jobs to output to Tray A and print and other jobs to Tray B.

    Changing Default Output Tray:
    1. From the copier control panel press Additional Functions.
    2. Then select Common Settings.
    3. Scroll to page 2 or 3 and select Tray Designation. Here you can select which type of output will go to which tray. Set Tray A for Copies and then set Tray B for Prints and Others.
    4. Press OK.
    5. Press Done 2x to return to the main menu. You may need to reboot the copier to set the Tray output option.

NOTE: By default all output first goes to tray A and then tray B.

There was not any change in delivery tray options. I checked and it is like before (when finisher was ok).
Now if i deliver to tray b, second paper that comes out is stucked and copier shows a missfeed. If i print only a page i can deliver to try b and make as copies as i need and i dont have any problem, but if the matierial i print has more that one page the problem is present(stuck in the 2nd page).
I changed 2 sensors in the sides of tray b (located under cover) and tray b its not moving anymore but still cant use staples.

Did u check or try Adjusting the Tray A/B Position

The machine is equipped with a set of service mode items used to adjust it or
to run checks on operation. The items may be executed from the machine or
          from its host machine.

See Maintenance>VR, LED, and Check Pins>DIP Switch.
          - From the Finisher
          1) Open the finisher front cover; then, remove the screw [1] and the cover.
          2) Make adjustments and checks using the DIP switch (SW382) and the
push switch (SW383/SW384/SW385) found on the service PCB I.

          (see V2 Manual)
