    [Jamming] Canon 8085

I have 10 Canon 8085's in the field, and I have been having a problem with feeding out of tray 1 & 2, mainly tray 2. Most of the machines are fine but I have 3 machines that will not pull out of tray 2 and show a jam for the error. We have replaced boards, feed units, sensors and motors and it still is not working. We now also have one machine with both tray 1 & 2 doing the same thing, please help! The Jam codes per the tech that was on site are 0101 for tray 1 and 0106 for tray 2, thanks.

There is a feed motor behind tray 2 (back of machine). Paper feeds into rollers and looks like a flat sep roller problem. Sometimes you have to replace tray 1 assembly and the feed motor (back of machine). If you don't post jam codes here no one can help. Keep new rollers in, sometimes they only get 40% before you get more jams. Keep software up to date.

check that the deck pressure plate is in the right position, it may been missed during set up.
