Hello , im facing a werid problem in ir advc5030i ,it working perfectly when i just want to make init-4 on service mode , the machine gave me error code e00020-0011 ,then i tried init-y it gave the error also i tried init-k it gave me also error but another ext-0014 i changed the yellow drum , still y error code occuar ,i changed the itb belt and same problem checked the patch sensor guide its not broken and i also cleaned it same error 0014 i made clear dc and same error occuar when i make init ,werid honestly first time i face this any one can help me thanks.

Did you install new devs? Initialization is for replacement only, not for maintenance. If you haven't replaced them and try to init them, you may well be replacing them soon. -

INIT-C C toner dens signal initial VL reading
Lv.2 Details [Not used] To read the initial value of C toner density value (SGNL-C,
REF-C).
After feeding over 100 sheets using a new Toner Container, this
mode can reset this Toner Container as a new one.
Use case When a new Toner Container which 100 or more sheets are fed for
image failure test, etc. is used as a new one again
Adj/set/operate method Select the item, and then press OK key.
Display/adj/set range During operation: ACTIVE, When operation finished normally: OK!
Related service mode COPIER> ADJUST> DENS> SGNL-C, REF-C
