Hello, given the limited knowledge of oce products, I humbly requested your help in figuring out this problem.
The standard scan to email, to a mac user, and this also happened with the older machine. They couldn't figure out the problem, so it was replaced by the same model but a new version.
Otherwise their using photoshop to open said files ( they're TIF files )
