[Jamming] Problem with Canon IR 2525 i print without error and no printing shows up

Hello ,,

i have a problem with Canon Ir 2525 printer
1 user printing fine but the others not printing
the print job sent to the printer and i can see it in the logs but nothing happend and the printer bibs but the print didn't exit from the printer



i installed the drivers right from canon
windows firewall is off
print spooler is running
there is no problem when i troubleshoot the printer found
the printer is active and one user printing correctly

UFRII driver? Sounds like wrong driver. If it prints from one workstation obviously there is nothing wrong with the printer. IDs,limits,or something. I would make sure its the correct updated driver then create a new port and re-map the port at each workstation. Not a copier issue.

I agree with Canuck, it sound like a driver issue in that is picks up the print job but cant process it, then dumps the job and sounds the beep as if it has printed but nothing prints, I had the same issue last Friday where the client was trying to print to a Canon IR 2525i using Canon IR 2020 drivers and did exactly what you described.

I installed the latest UFRII driver and all was well.....
