How do you adjust a skewed image. Looked in the manual and could not find it or overlooked it. The trailing edge is off about 1/16. Customer complaining a lot about this. So what is the adjustment for a skewed image. Need to adjust mirror height or what? I know on the Mita/Ricoh I used to work on there was a adjustment procedure for this and I think it had to do with adjusting the mirror #2. Thanks

Off the glass as well? I assume it's only on copies. The dadf screws loosen over time, check the alignment of the feeder mounts and tighten. I would not go near the mirrors myself.

Thanks but it is from the glass as well. I found the screw to adjust mirror two and it works great now. I know sometimes you just have to move the screws if all else fails.
