I have a issue with a Canon IRAC351iF which originally had a problem of hanging a few mins after startup. We tried a few things, Clearing MMI, (no change) Clearing DC CONT, (no change), we then tried to print the P-Print, which came through the machine but the printouts were completely blank.
We then decided to go for broke and clear the Main Controller, which did work, in that the machine doesn't hang anymore and the P-Print works perfectly. The only thing now is that after clearing the Main Controller the machines SEND function is not available, so thus we cant scan from it.
My thinking is that since the SEND function is license based, the license has been cleared when we cleared the Main Controller and that is why it doesn't appear anymore...
My question is, how do i get the license back on if that is the case, and if not, what else can i do to get the SEND function back on the machine.
