    iRc32220N toner drop

    canon iRc32220N
    toner drop
    hi, toner drop when during black copy.
    i changed the following parts already:
    black cartridge
    drum unit
    cleaning assembly
    ITB
    I tested all this parts on other machine and it doesn't show any problem
    anybody have any idea?

    No doesn't make sense. But what does make sense is all drums turn anyway, thats why the percentage of the other drums go up even though you dont use them for color. So check the other drums for dripping toner. All you need to do is pull them out and the toner will fall out of them. Usually the black one is always the bad one. Maybe its still bad.

      i changed the whole set of drums
      i checked the black drum and no toner is dripping.
      all seems ok.
      can any other part can cause this problem?

        Yes, have seen transfer belt cleaning ay. cause this. Both times auger was OK but mylar which catches the toner was damaged. You can order the mylar or the assembly. You may be able to patch up the damaged mylar with a bit of tape.(slides out from front, just below clean blade)

          And don't forget to vacuum out all the spilled toner from underneath the toner screw assembly when you remove it from the machine.
          So to recap what Othertech has said:
          One screw to remove the cleaning blade assembly...one screw to then remove the toner screw assembly which sits directly below where the cleaning blade assembly was sitting in the machine.....and then vacuum the area that both assemblies sit in the machine.
