    jam 010F imagepress 1135

    good morning
    please could help me I have a problem with a imagePRESS 1135, I get the code randomly jam 010F is working normal and then begins with jams leaves.
    sequedan also leaves between the melter outlet and inverter, and have reviewed what the manual commands but not give the problems

    Have u ever rebuilt the ITB UNIT_?
    What is Total Prints on your printer_?

    This problem can be caused by a worn or broken entrance holder brace and worn mylar guide. To view the brace and guide, see figure 530 in the parts catalog or on links below.

    Inspect/Replace:
    Item 60 FL2-7686-000 Transfer Guide
    Item 13 FC7-9252-000 Front Holder
    Item 14 FC7-9253-000 Rear Holder

      thanks for the help but this guide that tells me is new what I have found is that the actuator input to the fixing unit is broken sensor, and the clogging problem only occurs when double-sided single-sided not pass any traffic jam.
