    iR3035N default key corrupted

    The machine cannot be accessed from the network and displays error message 'Default key corrupted'. What can be wrong and what is the solution? Please help!

    1 - Additional functions -> system settings -> network settings -> TCP/IP settings -> certificate settings.
    2 - Generate Key.
    3 - Key Name -> use any name like 1234, ABCD, etc.
    4 - Select 1024 as the key length.
    5 - Enter the current date as the start date.
    6 - Enter an end date with current month and date and the year ending with 2025.
    7 - Start key generation.
    8 - Go to certificate settings and select -> Key and Certificate List.
    9 - Highlight the default key and press erase.
    10 - Exit out and restart the copier.

      Hi,
      Get into service mode level 2.Go to funtion,clear ca-key,enter.Power cycle ie switch on/off.It should be ok,
