Hi, I'm brazilian technician, and I have a problem with a Canon IRC 5180. The printer box doesn't "enter", and the printer doesn't work, just copy. I think the hd lost the system, and i don't have it. How can I get it, and how I do the download for the box?

What type of print driver are you using?

The problem isn't with the driver, is on controller, because on the display, when you select "printer", appear "please wait", and the controler system doesn't "enter".

Usually all the firmware you need comes with the machine on cd

Have you tried updateing the FIRMWARE through SST.

I haven't the system cd, and I didn't get it yet, if someone can help me....It is only one machine of this model on the city, and I don't get the system here.
