Removal of Dept ID/PIN from Log On

I recently acquired a customer with a C7065 and I just needed to remove the DEPT ID.

I tried service mode and do a Password Clear but no avail.

I'd love some advice! I am upgrading my customers from the horrible IR-C5185 Series!
