the machine when turned on will either go to the black screen with the small white line and then freeze. or you can turn it on and it will go to the screen that says deleting data do NOT turn off power. it will stay on either screen for hours. if you do get the touch to come up to copy nothing works. you can turn up or down the brightness on the screen but that is it. i cant get into service mode at all. im stumped. thanks for any input. Running the diagnostics comes up with a big ok at the end. trying to do a firmware update through a thumb drive only gives me one option back up or restore sram.
