Canon ir7068 paper jaming on start up

I have a weried problem i passed my client today and told me that the finisher when turn on the machine give jamming paper on a2 delevery i checked it and theres no paper i cleaned all the sensors and checked everything and still same problem ,i open the finisher door around 2 times and then it works normally any one face this.

Hi Sir, I encountered this problem in the actuator in the puncher I just adjust the plate in the actuator.
