Dear colleagues:
we facing problem with imagepress c800 consumables that are not working with life time for fixing unit and color drums like scratches that appear at the end of drums and cuttings in upper and lower fixing belt
there is a hint : most of our machines working with paper weight 300 gm

Is it paper you are cutting yourself? If so, get a better cutter or new blade. If it's pre cut, try a different vendor. Sounds like there are rough edges scratching the drums.

Does the customer cut their own media?
