we have a 3235 that a sometimes when making a copy will make a chattering noise then spit out a blank sheet of paper. The paper is slowed down coming through the machine but it doesn't cause a jam. I'm sure I've seen this before but I can't remember what it was.

Maybe when you find the source of the noise that will be the problem? Is it totally blank or can you barely see the image (developer)? -

Just a thought. I know when the hard drive starts acting up it will make the copier run slower lots of times. You might make sure the hard drive is not making the noise (but I have never seen a blank copy from a hard drive noise), just saying.Comment
