    please need help in canon irc3580 heater error 0003-0002.what is the part i need to change.

      E0003-0002: Detects the abnormally low temperature (open circuit) when turning ON the fixing heater.

      Replace the fixing heater.
      Clear the error in service mode: COPIER >FUNCTION > CLEAR > ERR.
