Canon ir7086 e733-001 /000

Hello to all , i have faced a very strange problom i have a client have ir7086 it gave e733-000 after he make around 1000k the machine stopped printing and freezed then gave the error. Then turn it off then on again it works around 1000k then give the error,i changed everything

main control
dc board
power supply
laser
also i have changed all the body with another machine body but i out all the old parts unit 1 and 2 and cylander ,drum and same error .
i also tried to used the machine without finisher and same problem can anyone help me.

A few years back I had a couple of ir7095s in a local school that had this intermittent problem as well. My fix on both turned out to be reseating the video boards. It sits in the left side of the controller box, in a vertical fashion.. good luck.

I already changed all the main control with another used one and same problem

Honestly i have replaced the fixing assembley and i made around 7500 k ad till now i didnt get the error again.

I have seen the arcnet cables and T-connectors cause communication issues between the machine and finisher where this error code will pop up.. If you have an extra set laying around its worth swapping them out.
