Canon c9075 machine Crazy toner leaking problem

I have been using this show room machine for 3 years. not much problem until 6 months ago.

It all started off a yellow hopper unit failure. my technician replaced the hopper unit.

2 months later the waste toner drive assembly started to fail. and my technician replaced it as well.

and after another 2 months, both yellow(newly replaced) and magenta failed again. when he was replacing these two hopper units he found lots of leaked yellow toners in the machine.

and 2 weeks later I am having this E0023-0201 problem now.

It seems my technician has no idea whats the real cause for all these problems.

From my experience with these machines, you can either replace the busted colour hopper or you can replace all 3 at once with the entire assembly. I would suggest the latter because there are usually other problems with the rest of the unit by the time they screw up. There are tech pubs regarding which part number you have to order since it's specific to the serial number of the machine.

E023 you might want to check the developer in question and/or replace it's drive motor.

the updated part with all 3 color hoppers is the way to go on these machines. Also the weight of the control panel arm pulling on the right hand side frame can cause issues with the black hopper and waste toner drive. I am starting to wonder if he reassembled something incorrectly.
