Canon iR 5870

I have a canon ir 5870 who does not read the original when I restart the machine the carriage moves and gets initial position when I press the button for reading the original exposure lamp is illuminated and the carriage move slightly to the left to prepare for playing but just stop before starting playback. service mode in the reading test is ok copier-function-ccd-dfwlvl 1 = ok copier-function-ccd-dfwlvl 2 = ok
