I think you need to contact canon to get one. Unless someone will sell you a used one from a trade in. Usually they are rebuilt.

They come in an upper and lower assembly and simply go together. If you are familiar to the process it will pay off in the long run if you rebuild it and become very familiar. You are going to pay alot for someone else to rebuild them. When rebuilding you can change other parts if needed, I have seem that I have gotten with bearings not changed, cheap knock off webs. Do some research around where you are as a tech may have one sitting in his trunk waiting on an offer. Either way if not this time learn the process, it will pay off in the long run.

The IRA-5000 series does not come as an upper and lower section. It is a pressure roller (FC0-5061-000) and a fixing film unit (FM3-5950-010)
There are companies out there the sell aftermarket films and rollers with the bearings already pressed on them and the disassembly of this unit is not that complicated.
