LBP7780 - Door open displayed on PCs but not the printer.

We have an LBP7780 which displays DOOR OPEN when attempting to print & will not print but only on the PCs & is not displayed on the machine or from the internal m/c website - internal prints such as config page can be done from the printer - any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

- Do you print through a server/printqueue or straight to the printer ?
- If through server, what does it say there ?

Thanks for the prompt reply JPiek, it appears to be a Driver /I.T./IP issue, apparently the school have recently had Server updates & is printing ok using xover cable - will let you know the final outcome.
