[Misc] katun replacement films

Is anybody using these as opposed to the film assembly on iRadv colour 5000 series? How have they been working so far, any errors or fixing issues? Any tips for when theses are installed? Thanks!

we stopped using them a while ago. The short life and call backs were killing our customers. The key was to clean the heating element thoroughly along with the end holders, and then getting an even amount of the grease spread across the heating element. Just my .02

we also tried the rebuilds from fusion image technologies which NWRS now owns, but they did not last the rated life either

Thanks, I suspected that they aren't going to be doing us any favours in the long run, however I have no say or choice in the matter. Our manager is subbing them in everytime a film unit is ordered.
