I have a question about our copier here at work. A few months back we implemented a 2-side "Green" print job so that everything that came out of that printer was printed front and back. Needless to say, it isn't working out.

I wanted to know how to set up the copier to default single-sided prints from both copying and printing from computers. Can anyone help? And would this have to be set up on each individual workstation? Please help....

You can only setup print/copy defaults via the driver OR by ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS>SYSTEM MANAGER>MANAGE I.D and setting up profiles for each user I.D.
If the customer doesn't use department I.D's then you'll have to go to EVERY workstation and set up defaults via the print driver.
