IRADVC 3320I problem with A5R two side printing

Hello. Does anyone have a problem with printing on A5R two side? Namely, when the customer prints A5R one sided printing ok when printing two sided make wave about 7 cm from the edge (just as nip check ...). Passed the lowering of temperature, various types of paper ... but to no results. Does anyone have the possibility of test and let me know whether this is a problem with the machine or elsewhere. I have that problem on four different machines IRADVC 3320I the same way so I assume that the serial problem. A4 works properly A3 works properly, A5R unilaterally works perfectly, A5R makes me problems. Thank you and best regards.

what kind of stock paper is it that you are having these issues on?
We have never run across wavy stock issues on this model yet.
