iR-Adv 6265i Bizarre behavior.

Hello everyone,
have you ever met the following behavior on iR-Adv 6265i?
this behavior is spread over three phases:
1st phase: When the MFP enters sleep mode, it will block. to use it you must switch Of On the MFP
2nd phase: the MFP restarts randomly.
3rd phase: the MFP stops responding (light stays on.)


Note:
1- six months ago I have the same problem (3 iR-Adv 6265i from 10 iR-Adv 6265i)
We replaced 03 Main PCB Controller. three days ago, the same problem reappeared, but this time it's 5 machines from 10 machines.


2- the machines are connected to uniFLOW under MPS contract.


Do you have any idea about this problem?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Reseat RAM, install newest firmware, RAM clear. If still issues, initialize all data.

I think you have to uninstall the uniflow fist and try tha machine separate
