imagepress 7010 anti-fraud?

Good afternoon everybody, I have what looks to me like a fraud protection issue. When ever I copy anything in color the entire page prints with dashed blue lines. When I copy the same images but set the copier to b/w the image copies fine. I have had Canon at my shop 4 times but they have been unable to fix the issue. I've attached an example, any help would be really appreciated. Thanks.

It's look like protection but this is pwb issue.Don't know which one. Main controller maybe?

Any errors in the past?

Hi Zoraldinho thanks for responding. We just purchased the machine from a broker so we don't really know if this is a new problem, everything else seems to be working without any issues. Thanks again.

Is issue off glass color copies and network prints.
Or just on Glass copies_?

So far we've only been able to test off the glass and test prints from service mode. The A2200 server had it's hard drive removed so as soon as the system disks arrive we will test that...

Try and run a Full Auto Gradation , see if CCD throws an error code or message concerning gradation print on Glass.

Ran the full adjust and it completed with no errors.

Ok,
Now take one of those gradation prints, place on Glass and make a copy of it.
See if those digital tracks appeare_?

Print out P PRINT settings
Clear RCON, power of _on
Re-Input the RCON Settings

Test again

Ok

Also try to remove the S-B Sub PCB board on Main controller & reseat it.

It should be the third board down.
