Canon IR C5250 Imagepass B2 color calibration??

How do you calibrate the Imagepass B2? Not all the documents printed have the problem but some color tones are not matched. A background color in a brochure printed as a light green half tone from the source is coming out beige. (On HP M651 light green is correct on this brochure) On another brochure printed with very light blue background it is correct or the same as the source.

I tried to calibrate using the "Fiery Color Calibration Page", but I get an error. The copier tries to scan test chart but doesn't recognize it.

Thank you for any ideas on this one!

is the calibration page printing centered on the paper you are printing it on?
do you have the grayscale calibration strip on the glass with the calibration page?

I can't remember where I saved this one from, probably from teckat several years ago, but it is still accurate and great for the customers

Is it 2 charts? The grey scale and color calibration chart all on the same page? If so then I definitely did it wrong. Please explain how the charts are arranged on the glass.

        Thanks for the last replies.

this is the grayscale chart you should be looking for. It goes face down on the glass first at the top, lined up with the A4 paper mark, then put the printed calibration chart on top of that.
