C3080i color mismatch

I have a C3080i in the field that copies colors the way they should be but when they print out the same document, the blue comes out purple. See examples attached. They have tried using the UFRII driver and PCL driver. Any ideas? Sample 1.pdfSample 2.pdf

you need to go into the driver and adjust the print output settings to meet the customer's expectations. It does not matter if you are running UFR or PCL. Also is the customer running the auto gradation adjust on a daily basis? If not the output will vary from day to day.
