    IR-ADV C3325 Fax/Answering Machine one the same line

    We just sold one of these where the client has 1 phone line for Phone/Fax/Answering Machine, Looking at the manual this machine doesn't have the Fax/Tel option for switching between the functions.

    They don't do enough faxing do warrant a dedicated line and their old machine was able to do it no problem.

    The customer is willing to get Distinctive Ring set up but I could not for the life of me find a setting for that either. Was just curious if anybody else has ran into this? We don't have anybody trained on this model at the moment so we can't call Tech Support. We're still somewhat new to Canon as well so I may be missing something very simple.

    Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

    I haven't had this issue pop up in a long time, but this is what we have used in the past on a situation like you are describing sr_brochure.pdf
