Hi. I have a Canon IR 1210 and i have the following problem: Till last week, it worked properly. But suddenly, when i turned it on, it stays 3-4 seconds on and then it shuts down. I do not think that is a hardware problem. I checked the 5v, 12v and 24v power supplies and they're working fine. I believe it is a software problem. Please, tell me how can i reset it or could i replace the copier firmware. Thank you very much and have a nice day!
