[Jamming] IR-ADV C5255 jam code 0112

there is a long history of jams in the buffer unit code 0112. sensor is ps2 buffer path outlet sensor.

i have not seen the machine jam yet but we keep getting calls for paper jams on this machine.

this has a finisher.

i have cleaned the sensors and rollers in the bridge unit.

anyone else had this issue??

I remember having a buffer pass where the pad got sticky under the sensor flag and it would stick from time to time. Removing the pad resolved my issue.

I had one jamming in buffer pass. I swapped both sensors and have never heard back on that again.

I've had a couple of these, both would jam in bunches. I cut tie wraps on one of them, there were a couple that seemed to be chewing into the wires, the other one I had to replace the sensors.
