Canon iR ADV6055 SR A3

iR ADV6055 tray 3 & 4 have SR A3 format in cassette but my iR wont recognize it.Is there any setting in service mode to enable this format?
When I put SR A3 paper in tray 3,4 machine not displaying any paper available in that tray.

Is it recognizing other paper sizes?
have you checked to make sure that the customer did not get a sheet of paper stuck behind the trays?

It is the first step that I dide.


Normally recognize A4,A3,B4..... but wont SR A3 ,both trays same problem.

awesome!
you are going to have to go into service mode and run the cassette auto size adjustment.
I do not have one in front of me at the moment, but it should be service mode>copier>function>CST choose which cassette, then adjust the size (STMT and A4)...maybe, not 100% on that as it has been a while since I ran that adjustment. Reference the manual if you have any questions on how to perform this adjustment though.

hmm,this is wierd->in service manual there is no tray that support SR A3 (pic1),pic 1----paper.jpg


in tray 3,4 there is SR A3 format marked. pic 2 pic2--tray 3,4.jpg

Never happen with me but my friend told me once he faced this problems in this series too
much he told me the the diods that read the size must change it .

did you try setting the tray to that size to see if the machine would recognize that paper size setting?
