    [Error Code] IR Adv 6055 with E808-0004

    I have IR Adv 6055 with E808-0004 ,if this machine powered off for a few minutes , the error code disappeared
    and I can reuse it again for some hundreds of pages then the same error , E808-0004 back again
    I think the main driver pcb is ok
    this machine has about 1.5 millions copies on it, and from 2 months I had replaced upper fuser roller and cleaning web
    any help will be appreciated

    have you checked the connectors on the back of unit 1 and on the frame?
    IH Power supply is always a possible suspect as well
    Accidents don't just happen. They must be carelessly planned.

        Already had similar problem on ira 8095.
        Mr. Teckat helped me to resolve error.
        He said :,, I would check wall voltage supply ,especially proper ground-from Neutral to Ground =0v>0.5v max.
        Poor ground effects Fix Temp .,,
        I dont believe my eyes when my multimeter read about 20-25V from ground to neutral.
        After that check main Thermistor.

        E824, E005, E121, E023, E804, E820, E401, E025, E020, E008, E002, E001, E000

        Following is a list of alarm codes this chart associates a fuse with:
        33-0026, 33-0027, 04-0073
